No Child Left Behind
     MSAD#40 NCLB Advisory Committee

The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 has brought many changes to our schools. One of those changes is the requirement that Title IA parents be given the opportunity to evaluate and help plan Title IA programs in their child’s school. MSAD#40 believes that parents play a vital role in helping us shape programs that help their children succeed in school. We are opening this invitation to all parents, not just those with Title IA students.

Each year representatives from each of our elementary and middle schools will be gathering at Miller School in Waldoboro to evaluate and plan the district Title IA programs for the school year.

We are looking for teachers, parents, and students who would like to represent their school in this process. Childcare will be provided!
