Planet Pan

This December, students from MVHS, DR. Gaul / Union and A.D. Gray were treated with a visit from the Planet Pan Band. During their visit, work shops were held in A.D. Gray and Union for students to experience playing these musical instruments. A special concert was also held where students were able to parade around the auditorium at MVHS and share the fun with the band as they played on stage.

The leader of the workshop was Jaimie Allen from the Blue Hill area. She has been playing professionally with the Atlantic Clarion Band for 10 years. Jamie is a dedicated musician, and loves working with students. Once a month Jaimie is able to travel throughout the state doing steel drum residency.

A good time enjoyed by all. Thank you to all those who made this a great and successful trip.
