AP Biology at Medomak Valley High School

The AP Biology course is designed to provide ambitious students with a comprehensive preparation for the AP Biology Test (given in May of each year). Students wishing to take this course without the test in mind will receive a substantial amount of scientific information but perhaps at an uncomfortably fast pace.
Since test preparation is the central focus, a rigorous reading schedule is required. Quarterly tests in this course reflect the difficulty and knowledge base requirements demanded by the AP Biology Test and are therefore quite challenging.
